Locs 4Ever Policy

Booking Policy

• No deposit is required for most services. A deposit is required for Starter Locs only. Please click “Book Appointment” on the homepage to schedule.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. No call, no show clients will be restricted from future bookings.

Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be required to reschedule.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Social Media Policy

• Photos and videos may be taken for promotional and social media use. Client consent is always requested. If you are not comfortable, please let us know.
